It's a challenge for the Australian squad to achieve unprecedented feats.

The top summits have already been conquered.

We're talking about the unit that has claimed seven Cricket World Cups, along with an additional six T20 titles, and previously enjoyed nearly four years unbeaten in 50-over cricket.

The alternative records, those for the achievement hunters, are all that remain for a squad that has accomplished all there is.

It needed until Sunday's victory by three wickets over India for them to achieve their initial ODI chase above 300, reclaiming their record for the largest in the women's 50-over format, is, frankly, a testament to the bowlers that have sported the yellow jersey over the past 50 years.

It's challenging for their hitters to possess a record if never given the opportunity.

Some will argue the case for championship match pressure. Others can counter with the challenge that comes when confronting a historic chase and an enthusiastic Indian fanbase of 20,000.

"To chase 330 is uncharted waters so I'm pleased we have the belief to accomplish that now," stated Healy further.

"Ideally we won't need to do it again but, should it happen, we believe we can do it."

That comment will be the final thing competing nations at this World Cup want to hear.

Over the past five days a sense they will triumph from any situation has only strengthened - this triumph succeeding victory over Pakistan by 107-run victory despite struggling at 76-7 at one stage.
